This production at CounterPulse features local and national Native American artists whose powerful performance offerings range from traditional song, to modern dance, rap, and drag. Workshop offerings dig deeper into Native community topics and the transformations two-spirits bring to our world.
All are welcome! Event Volunteers receive free admission to the performance or workshop they volunteer for.
Volunteer Roles:
Volunteers report to the House Manager for duties and training. All volunteers help to assure the lobby is ready for the audience to arrive and help tidy after the event. Each volunteer will also be assigned to one of three roles:
Door Greeter: The door greeter kindly welcomes audience members into the space and is the first line of covid-19 Safety checks, including checking for proof of vaccination or negative covid-19 test from within 48 hours.
Box Office: The box office volunteer ensures will-call patrons check-in, sells walk-up tickets, and keeps track of how many people are in attendance.
Usher: The usher passes out programs, helps the audience find seats in the theater and is generally available to direct the audience throughout the building and answer questions.

When: Friday, 3/18 - Sunday 3/20 and Friday 3/25 - Saturday 3/26; Shifts range from 11:30am to 10:00pm
All staff, volunteers, and audience must show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test from within 48 hours in order to attend an event. Masks must be worn at all times inside the venue.
