Light in the Grove/World AIDS Day 2022 Volunteer Shifts Now Available!
The National AIDS Memorial’s annual Light in the Grove fundraising gala and World AIDS Day National Observance is quickly approaching. Light in the Grove returns to the AIDS Memorial Grove on the evening of November 30, in a tented indoor magical celebration of reunion, remembrance, and renewal. Held annually on the eve of World AIDS Day, it is the National AIDS Memorial’s largest fundraising event, with all proceeds directly supporting its mission and programs.
Volunteers are needed beginning November 28 until December 2. The success of both of these events each year is due in large part to the generosity of volunteers who help pull it all together and provide a meaningful, inspiring experience for guests.
Volunteer Roles: Volunteers are needed to help with set up, ticketing, wayfinding etc. Volunteers can also help with breaking down and packing things away when the events has ended.
Date and Time: Monday, November 28th until Monday, December 2nd. Varying 4 hr volunteer shifts are available from 9AM until 8PM each day.
