Volunteer for the TransFamily Support Services Event: Boo Bash

There is a need for volunteers at the Queerest Halloween Party for Youth & Families!

Join TransFamily Support Services for a Spooky Block-Style Party. An Afternoon full of fun for the whole family. In partnership with Fabulous Hillcrest.

The event will be held on Saturday, October 28th from 11AM-2PM in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego, at 1500 University Ave, San Diego, CA 92103.

Volunteers are needed to assist with the following tasks:

• Games assisting with a game booth

• Volunteer Check In assisting with bag check and directing volunteers to their stations when they arrive

• Registration scanning tickets as guests arrive

• Sensory Area a quiet area for people to take breaks from the event.

• Water/Snack Stations handing out water and snacks to guests

• Set Up arriving early to assist with setting up the event

• Tear Down/Clean Up clean up after the event

On event day, all volunteers will work in shifts - there will be a morning shift and an afternoon shift.
