Flying Over Walls is a a Queer/Trans Prisoner Solidarity Project in the SF Bay Area, and a chapter of Black & Pink.
Volunteer Roles: Join Flying Over Walls for mail processing on Sunday September 3rd. They will be answering mail from our inside members at 2929 Summit St., Oakland. Drop in anytime between 12-3pm. Indoor, wheelchair accessible space, masks required, snacks provided. Bringing a laptop is helpful but not necessary. Please be aware they often receive letters recounting violence people are experiencing inside - taking breaks and asking for support are encouraged! Thanks to their fabulous volunteers for helping out!
