Citizens' Climate Lobby is looking for volunteers to help with the Orange County Sustainable Living Fair, a community fair that offers everyday ideas and a hopeful vision for a sustainable future! The event will consist of a vegan cooking demo by Molly Basler, a worm composting workshop by Reform & Sustain, arts & crafts, games for kids, live music, eco-talks/panel discussions, and raffles. Volunteers are encouraged to explore the event after their shift has ended.
Date & Time: Saturday, May 21st, 2022 10 am-5 pm
Location: Brea Congregational Church, 300 E Imperial Hwy, Brea, CA 92821
Volunteer Role/Requirements: There will be multiple roles/shifts available to volunteers including: checking in attendees at the welcome booth, helping with set up, and helping with clean up.
COVID-19 Precautions: Attendees are required to wear a mask inside to protect the vulnerable in our community. Masks are not required outdoors.
Parking: If traveling west on Imperial Highway, turn left at Sycamore Ave. Once parked, walk back to Imperial Highway and go a half-block west to the church. For those traveling east on Imperial Highway, turn right on Flower Avenue. The church is at the corner of Imperial and Flower. Please do not park in the alley immediately off Sycamore.
