TurnOut’s Volunteer Captains Program is a way for volunteers to get more involved in Queer and Trans volunteer events. It is also a great way to meet other passionate Queer and Trans volunteers in your community.
The role of a Volunteer Captain is to provide guidance and support to TurnOut’s volunteers on site at an event. The commitment involves attending one virtual monthly meeting and volunteer/recruitment event, plus completing a series of training videos and quizzes.
