Middle school-aged youth will sign up to join Rainbow Labs in a fun afternoon of rotating sports and activity stations to enjoy fun movement in the sunshine and celebrate inclusion in sports. All the rotations will be staffed by LGBTQ+ volunteers and allies, leaders of local sports organizations (both professional and community-based), and Rainbow Labs staff. Youth (and volunteers) do not need prior sports experience, nor do youth need to disclose identification within the LGBTQ+ community in order to participate. Youth will have the opportunity to participate in all the stations and all equipment will be provided.
