Downey Pride envisions a respectful, diverse, and family oriented summer event for Downey residents and their families. There will be 2 stages of live entertainment, DJ, beer garden, family fun zone, photo booth and an area for other nonprofits booths as well!
Date: Saturday August 26, 2023
Time: 3pm-10pm
Volunteer shifts - 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm, and 8pm-11pm
Location: Between Firestone Blvd and Downey Ave in Downey CA.
Volunteer roles: Lots of opportunities to volunteer in many different roles including but not limited to - set up, parking, take down, decorations, DJ booth support etc. Please see link for more detailed descriptions.
